Overview
Matamanoa Island is a small, intimate and secluded Fiji Resort set in the beautiful Mamanuca Islands approximately 30 kilometres West of Nadi International Airport.

The Island boasts a volcanic cone jutting out of the aqua waters of this unspoilt area of the Fiji Islands. Clad with dense bush and palm trees, the brilliance of the vegetation contrasts magnificently with the white curved sandy beach and pristine coral reefs.

Matamanoa Island can offer you total relaxation or a wide range of leisure activities and cultural excursions. Swim in the fresh water pool or in the beautiful Pacific Ocean, play tennis or sip a cocktail at the Bar as you watch the sun set and take all the time you need to discover the magic of this beautiful Island.

Accommodation
Twenty spacious two room beachfront bures built in traditional Fijian design with high ceilings lined with hand painted Tapa. They have been designed to catch the breeze and feature louvered windows throughout, overhead fans, and double glass sliding doors opening on to the patio, which overlooks the ocean.

Thirteen Garden View air-conditioned Hotel Rooms, ground level and set amongst tropical gardens. The single room features a queen size bed, bar unit with refrigerator & sink, tea/coffee making facilities and small patio with table and chairs.

Activities
Complimentary sailing boats, paddle boards, windsurfers, row boats, coral viewing on a glass bottom boat, hand line fishing, snorkelling (including gear), coconut tree climbing demonstration and instruction, weaving demonstration, sulu tying demonstration, tennis (day & night), table tennis, volleyball, beach games, library, mountain hike, board games, afternoon tea.

Additional activities that can be organised include scuba diving, sailing, village visits, deep-sea fishing and massage.

Transfers
15 minutes by helicopter or 2.5 hours by launch.
